Leap, Reset, Repeat
Rajesh set off to develop a product centered around Social Studies, wherein he identified a significant gap in the teaching method of this vital, yet often overlooked, subject and took it upon himself to find innovative ways to engage and inspire students by transforming the learning process.
Seeking assistance to validate his idea and establish a robust business model, Rajesh joined the EDGE Program.
He was all ready to start developing his product.
However, the Program's customer discovery phase, which required Rajesh to conduct a comprehensive survey on his stakeholders like school principals, teachers, and students, helped him realize that his product needed more commercial viability.
Taking the feedback into account, he decided to return to the drawing board and start anew.
A Shift in Focus
Recognizing the importance of emerging technologies in the modern world, Rajesh pivoted the product idea to STEAM subjects [Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics].
This was his moment of truth; It could either make or break his startup career.

Bootstrapping Success
In an age where funding and investments often dominate the startup landscape, Rajesh took a bold step and bootstrapped his entire business.
This decision; not only allowed him to maintain complete creative control but also instilled a sense of discipline and frugality in his approach.
His tenacity and commitment to providing quality education led him to rent an office in January and eventually move into the space in May. The Pune-based office is strategically located near schools and potential clients to ensure convenient access for students.
He successfully navigated the early stages of his entrepreneurial journey viz, ideation, validation, market research, customer discovery, iteration, and business model building, finding himself in the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage currently, which involves refining and testing his product, gathering feedback, and iterating based on the needs and preferences of his target audience.
Despite being in its early stages, 10XTechClub has garnered positive feedback from parents and students alike. Rajesh's relentless pursuit of excellence has resulted in onboarding early customers, signifying the growing demand for his unique teaching methods.
As he continues fine-tuning his offerings, expanding his customer base, and refining his business model, the potential for growth and impact becomes even more promising.

"Without the program's guidance, systematic surveys, and market insights, I would have continued down an unfruitful path or returned to the IT job I had been working for 22 years," says Rajesh.
